The smileys buried underneath a chaotic mess of self doubt and intrusive thoughts symbolises smiling through pain, and our full potential and happiness being left neglected, buried under the bedlam of mental clutter & toxic patterns. A painted reminder that it's ok not to be ok, and it's healthy to talk & unburden yourself.
